Vince Cardella is a Home Office Vice President for Nationwide Contract Surety, based in Avon CT with responsibility for several regions throughout the United States.  After receiving his bachelors in Finance from Bryant University he spent 9 years on active duty with US Army Special Operations.  He was a Regional Manager in corporate security and upon completing his MBA at the University of Connecticut began his career in Surety at Travelers in 2006.  He joined Nationwide in 2018.  He and his wife Sarah have 4 children, none of whom, sadly, seems to have an interest in Surety.
