Then Fabick CAT facility tour will focus on the following:

• Maintain original project schedule while overcoming several large construction bulletins, design changes, budget overruns and value engineering items. Emphasize the importance of Owner supplied equipment and scope of work items and how it impacts the overall project.
   
• BIM and layout coordination in equipment rooms. Limited space constraints and utilizing these technologies and coordination to work with the overall footprint and construction plan.
   
• Polished  concrete, concrete densifier, concrete sealing and concrete protection challenges associated with new type 1L cement (Portland Limestone Cement) mix designs, as required to help reduce the amount of CO2 emissions.

Rick serves as a senior project manager for Miron Construction. In his role, he manages preconstruction and construction activities for projects throughout Green Bay and Northeast Wisconsin. Rick holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University and is a LEED Green Associate.
